I have been pretty busy the past couple of days that I haven't had time to blog.
But everything's been good.

Laizijie treated me to M Hotel buffet on Tuesday night,
it was so so ex,
but the food was so good.
Think unlimited supply of crab, crayfish, prawns, scallop, lamb, steak and yes I could go on forever.
But yes, I think that's possibly the most expensive meal anyone has ever treated me before.

Then there was Natalie's match on Wednesday.
Tahah I sneaked a 3-hour lunch break just to travel all the way down to Republic Polytechnic and back.

And the past couple of days have been good because I've got Corinne for company during lunch.
It's really so much better with friends around,
and I feel so much happier the entire day.
So thank God even more for Corinne.

Dinner last night at The Rotisserie with Lynnette, Chermaine, Nathanael, Glenn, Zijie and Titus to farewell the guys who are going into army.
But yes, it was good catching up.

And I feel like sucha pig today,
the office treated us to Barcook bakery's Raisin Cream Bun (This is so good, you should try it if you haven't) and Bubble tea,
and another colleague was leaving so she treated us all to Chewy Junior.
Sinful much.
And I ate so much during lunch today.

Even though food makes me happy, it makes me fatter than I already am,
and that's just very depressing.
Need to start exercising pronto.

Today was really cute too cos we had a fire drill,
and I almost died climbing down 18 stories,
cos the stairs was spiral!
Never done a fire drill in an office before,
not funny.

Anyways May is coming,
and it's already good cos there's Captains' ball this Monday!
Yes, it's about time we had one.

I feel as though I just vomitting a whole chunk of information.
Hahaha.

It's slack at work today,
love it.

There comes a point of time in your life when you realise that, being obstinate and letting your pride get in the way will get you no where.
But why are we still all of that?

My girls just left for Australia tonight.
I'll be lying if I said I wasn't one bit bitter that I'm not going,
but I guess I know where my priorities lie.

So yes,
that was one of the many things that have been bugging me the entire week,
apart from failing driving test.

I'm having a cold today,
but I'm not surprised ater getting caught so many times in the rain last week.

But y'know ballet class is actually quite good remedy.

I thank God for friends who worked around the CBD area with me.

Had lunch with Corinne,
yay I'm so happy that she's working so near me.
More lunch times together.

I'm gonna be a couch potato today,
when I get home I'm gonna watch my three HongKong drama serials,
followed by No Strings Attached(like, finally).
I like lazy days like these.

And I cleared my pancake stack load of work in the office,
see,
life just gets better.
:D

And there's JP Morgan run tomorrow to make up for the lack of exercise,
even though it's just a pathetic 5.6km.
Hahahaha.

I decide that,

but I've got 52 work days left.

which means, to put it nicely,

that's less than 2 months worth of work!

The past few days been really weird,

I'm just glad the week's coming to an end.

Vaguely I remember,

Free Cone Day, a couple of lunch and dinner with LaiZijie and Resorts World Sentosa with Salad, Glenn and Wenyao.

Hahaha we bridged til 4.30am and watched some Indonesian soap opera (/:)

I think the weekend's gonna be good cos there's Fusion, God's People retreat and driving test(?)

Oh gosh, it's mid-April already.

So freaking fast.

The weather's so gloomy today,
at least it is from my desk.

Anyway I can't believe I'm missing Free Cone day this year,
the thought of it is depressing enough.

And I have a pancake stack load of work waiting for me to do today.
Though I'm thinking that it might not be such a bad thing afterall considering that time would pass much faster and I'd stop snacking.

but it seems so wrong cos it's a Saturday night and it's an insane hour to sleep at.
But ballet class and driving this afternoon made me so tired.

The evening was spent at Xinyi's 21st birthday party. Possibly the best way to end a good weekend,
cos The Super Dupers reunited after a thousand years,
and I met good old friends.



I like feeling happy,
actually that's a pretty senseless statement,
who doesn't.
Hahahah.

The weekend's been lovely,
it should stay this way.

Chapelthon got me thinking that what sets Fairsians apart in a good way is that in everything we do, and in every friendship that we've forged it's really God-blessed.
And it's always a good thing to meet the best classmates ever,
joy from these things never fades.

Stayover at Salad's with the girls last night was really fun too,
we're such girls,
really.

Anyway I was so zonked during ballet class today,
couldn't catch the steps at all,
guilty much.
That's what you get when you go to class without much sleep.

Then there was Temp BBQ afterwards.
Hahaha if I should say,
they're a uniquely diverse nice bunch of people.

There's comfort in the awkwardness,
how do I put this.
But it's still a feel good feeling altogether,
like.

Anyway I was eating the baby pint of B&J's Strawberry Cheesecake on the way home in the car and I was just reminded of how I always went down to Great World City after school on Tuesdays to get the One-for-One.
Hahaha those were the days of guilt free indulgence.

It's slack in office today,
I like.
But I realise that it's making me snack more,
not good.

Lunch with TitusCheong and LiangFu.
He spent a whooping 59bucks on 16polaroids (like the original Polaroid),
and naughty Titus wasted one, he just anyhow click the button.

And I chanced upon Corinne and Neo at Raffles City,
yay I love meeting friends.

Which reminds me,
night out with ZARA yesterday was wonderful.
We had so-good chocolate milkshake at our (not so secret) secret place.
Hahaha.
And we took so many pretty pictures too,
I'm glad I brought the DSLR.
